Our commercial department is led by our president and founder Ray Brown.  Ray has been in the HVAC industry for over 50 years. He has vast experience in all phases of the industry. He can design a system for your needs, quote the project, and oversee the project from start to finish. In some cases he will even help install the system. He attended the University of Houston with a major in mechanical engineering. Ray is currently serving as the chairman of the Construction Board of Appeals for the City of Irving and has served on the Planning and Zoning Commission as well. He has many manufacturer training certificates, ACCA training certificates, and has trained many people in different aspects of the industry.  Some of the recent projects that Ray has designed and installed include the City of Irving Police Department firing range ventilation system, Plano Dialysis Center, MW Builders home office, Gateway Church in Plano, Lereta offices, GRNA home office Afridi Heart Center, King Family Clinic and many more.  Ray has founded Innerglow Mechanical on his Christian beliefs. His priorities are God first, family second, and everything else after that. It is his desire that all of his employees attend a church of their choice, be involved in their community and stay involved with their families.
